Maybe your energy is lower, your weight has crept up, or you’re feeling a bit overwhelmed by the sheer amount of advice online. Everyone seems to have an opinion, a plan or a miracle fix and none of it feels particularly realistic.
That’s where I come in.
I support people over 50 who want to live well now and feel prepared for older age without dieting, guilt, or trying to become someone they’re not.
Small changes. Real life. A bit of common sense.
You don’t need to be “bad enough” to get support.
And you don’t need to fix everything at once.
